HISTORY

Founded in 1983 as ADM Exhibits, the company has emerged as a respected leader in exhibit design and fabrication thanks to our founder’s love and appreciation for innovation and craftsmanship. Now renamed ADM 2 Exhibits & Displays Inc., we serve an expansive range of clients throughout the museum, tradeshow, corporate and retail industries.

We pride ourselves on our ability to partner with our clients in their specific mediums. This range of experience allows us to apply our knowledge and skill to meet diverse exhibition needs.

OUR PEOPLE

Susan Canonico

CEO - Chief Executive Officer

With over 35 years of experience in exhibit fabrication, sales, and marketing, Susan Canonico is an expert in custom exhibit design and museum installations. After graduating from Florida State University, she joined ADM2 Exhibits & Displays, Inc., founded by her father, Raymond Butterfield. She combines her industry expertise with a hands-on approach to manage daily operations, ensuring both client satisfaction and business growth. Susan is known for her ability to value-engineer displays that meet museum standards and for her customer-focused management style.

Her extensive portfolio includes clients such as the John Pennekamp Visitor Center, MOSI, Heritage Village, Dunedin History Museum, The Ringling Museum of Art, and the Tampa Museum of Art. Susan takes an active role in project planning and execution, working closely with clients to deliver innovative, high-quality exhibits that align with their vision and objectives.

Shannon Bennett

COO - Chief Operations Officer

With over 30 years of experience in the exhibit industry, Shannon Bennett is known for her strong organizational skills and dedication to exceptional customer service. Her expertise spans corporate trade show programs, branded environments, museum interiors, and special projects. Shannon takes a consultative approach to every project, working closely with clients to understand their needs and better guide them toward the best solutions. Her leadership and management style ensures that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the client’s vision and objectives.

Her extensive portfolio includes collaborations with a diverse client base across industries such as Johns Hopkins, MacDill Air Force Base, HealtheSystems, Optum, Qualifacts, Sembler, BlueSky Innovations, and ICI Foods-Some Honey. Shannon works closely with her team to ensure that each display meets the client’s functional and aesthetic objectives, resulting in a successful and impactful exhibit program.

Kat Bedell

Operations Manager

Kat is responsible for coordinating the resources needed to deliver exhibits on time, within budget, and to specification. With over 20 years of experience in project and account management, she joined the ADM2 team in 2012. Her expertise spans all aspects of exhibit production, including construction methods, graphics, shipping, labor, and installation/dismantle processes. Kat’s strong understanding of both mechanical and creative aspects of trade show fabrication allows her to identify custom solutions for manufacturing and fabrication needs, ensuring each project is tailored to meet specific client requirements.

Michel Handley

Exhibits Production Manager

With over 32 years of experience in the exhibit and museum industry, Mike joined the ADM2 team in 2008, bringing invaluable expertise in exhibit fabrication and maintenance. He has an extensive background in electronics and component engineering, along with a keen attention to detail. His thorough understanding of the production process ensures that ADM2 maintains the highest standards in exhibit and museum production.

Karen Mathis

Creative/Special Projects Manager

With over 20 years of experience in graphic design and project management, Karen Mathis combines creativity and precision to deliver exceptional results. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts and a degree in Computer Graphics, Karen excels at blending artistic vision with technical expertise.

In her role, she manages every aspect of creative and special projects, ensuring all elements align with the core objectives. Her ability to foster seamless communication across teams drives efficiency and ensures projects are executed flawlessly from concept to completion. Karen’s dedication to excellence and her versatile skill set make her an invaluable asset to the organization.

Kirk Age

Exhibit Fabrications Manager

With 28 years of experience in fabrication and a strong background in structural engineering, Kirk is a skilled craftsman known for his meticulous attention to detail. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth execution and timely results. His extensive experience spans both fabrication work and show floor installations, where his hands-on expertise and leadership skills ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard. Whether working in our facility or on-site, Kirk combines craftsmanship with strategic oversight to deliver exceptional quality and precision at every stage.

Antwane Blakely

Exhibit Warehouse Manager

Antwane Blakely brings over five years of expertise in the exhibit industry, combining exceptional organizational skills with a talent for managing complex projects. Known for his efficiency and ability to meet tight deadlines, Antwane oversees every stage of a project—from initial planning to final execution—with precision and attention to detail.
His deep understanding of the industry’s fast-paced demands allows him to deliver seamless results while maintaining strong client relationships. Antwane’s dedication to excellence and his commitment to quality make him a key contributor to the success of every project he undertakes.

Nancy Green

Account Executive

Nancy Green is a dedicated and experienced Account Executive who has been an integral part of our team for over five years. Known for her creativity and work ethic, Nancy consistently brings fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to every project she takes on. Her ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results has made her a trusted partner to clients and colleagues alike.

In her role, Nancy manages client accounts with precision, ensuring their needs are met and goals achieved. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail have earned her a reputation for exceeding expectations.

Outside of work, Nancy enjoys exploring creative outlets, from crafting to photography, which reflect her dynamic personality and passion for innovation. Whether tackling a complex campaign or brainstorming new ideas, Nancy’s dedication to excellence shines through in all she does.
